2. Products

We sell only T-shirts. While we strive to display our products accurately, colors may slightly vary depending on screen settings. Sizes, fits, and availability are subject to change.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR. Payments must be made at the time of order via our secure payment gateways. We are not responsible for any additional bank or transaction charges.

5. Shipping

We aim to ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location. ZyroCollection is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen issues.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong products, within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Important:

  • If the seal tag of the product is opened, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

  • Customers must upload a product unboxing video and clear photos to support the return or exchange request.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, and product designs, is the property of ZyroCollection. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZyroCollection shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our site or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka.
