Refund and cancellation
At ZyroCollection, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every T-shirt you purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or phone with your order number.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a refund, please:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo or video proof of the issue
- Return the item in its original packaging, unused, with tags intact
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer reason (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer must cover the return shipping.
5. Exchange Option
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Products without tags or original packaging
- Used or washed T-shirts
- Items returned without prior communication
