  • Within Karnataka: 2–4 business days

  • Metro Cities in India: 3–6 business days

  • Other Areas: 5–8 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include an extra charge (if applicable)

  • Home Delivery (Express): ₹290

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1999 (only for non-discounted items)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive an SMS/email with your tracking number and courier partner details.

5. Delivery Partners

We deliver through trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post, ensuring timely and secure delivery.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote areas

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service issues

7. Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly. ZyroCollection is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days from the shipping date.

  • Return to Zyro Online: FREE

  • Home Collection: ₹150 (deducted from refund amount)

💡 Note: The return fee is charged per request and applies to each pickup attempt.
